0. Preamble

MeshX Proprietary License is intended to protect the efforts and intellectual property of MeshX team and its Users from any claims that are not in terms of this license agreement. This license will be updated from time to time. No one other than MeshX owners have rights to make any changes to this license.

Using or implementing the Software by any User will automatically tantamount to unconditionally agreeing to the terms of this license.

1. Grant of License

You are hereby granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use, modify, and contribute to the software known as MeshX (hereby called as the "Software") subject to the terms outlined in this license.

2. Ownership

The Software, including any modifications, enhancements, or derivatives, remains the sole and exclusive property of Pranjal Chanda and Akash Kollipara (hereby called as the "Owners"). No rights, title, or interest in the Software are transferred to you, except as expressly permitted in this license.

3. Contributions

  1. Submission of Contributions:
    • Anybody can be a contributor. If contributor submits modifications, bug fixes, patches, or other contributions (hereby referred as "Contributions") to the Software, you agree that:
      • You have the right to submit the Contributions.
      • The Owners may use, distribute, and incorporate the Contributions into the Software at their sole discretion.
  2. License to Contributions:
    • By submitting Contributions, you grant the Owners a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and exclusive license to use, modify, sublicense, and distribute your Contributions as part of the Software.
  3. No Ownership Transfer:
    • Submitting Contributions does not grant you any ownership rights over the Software or the Contributions incorporated into the Software.

4. Restrictions

  1. Prohibited Actions:
    • You may not:
      • Sell, sublicense, or distribute the Software or its derivatives without prior written permission from the Owners.
      • Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Software, except as explicitly allowed under applicable law.
  2. No Removal of Notices:
    • You may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices included in the Software.

5. Confidentiality

The Software contains proprietary and confidential information of the Owners. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of the Software and to prevent unauthorized disclosure.

6. No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE OWNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

7. Termination

Use of the Software is permitted until license is revoked or terminated. The Owners may revoke your rights under this license at any time for any breach of the terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies in your possession.
