Implementation of Generic Location Model for MeshX.

This file contains the implementation of the Generic Location model, which provides standard Location model functionality in the MeshX BLE mesh framework.

• Implements Bluetooth SIG-defined Generic Location model
• Inherits from meshXClientModel, meshXServerModel templates
• Provides standard Location control operations (Global/Local coordinates)
• Integrates with MeshX transmission control
